  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (antioxidants + fiber)

  • 1 cup spinach (for iron, calcium, and no strong taste)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (healthy fats + flavor)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or plant-based protein)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for protein and probiotics)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (omega-3s + fiber)

Instructions:
