Banana Green Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 cup fresh spinach (or kale)

½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds

1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional)

A handful of iceHoney or maple syrup to taste

 

Directions:

 

Add all ingredients to a blender.Blend until smooth and creamy.Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
